Refund Policy

Type Tails is operated by Geek Psychology. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, which also handles tax compliance, receipts, and refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Reply to the emailed receipt you received after checkout, or
• Email us at mathewgsherman@gmail.com with your order details and we will process the refund through Stripe.

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee covers the Captain's Pass and any other one-time unlock. Once a refund is issued, the associated unlock is removed from your account.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first, we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.
